**General Duties**:
- Answering all queries in a prompt/professional manner.
- Call handling, making and taking telephone calls and ensuring all messages are passed onto relevant parties.
- Supporting the operations team in all administrative duties.
- To ensure all template documents are kept up to date.
- Assisting with project management
- Organising Staff meetings
