You will contribute to the working of the Trust by understanding and being committed to the strategic aims of the Trust. developing knowledge of the NHS in general and RCHT in particular attending any relevant committees and working groups at the request of the Lead Chaplain following Trust policies and procedures being able to communicate verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff within the Trust. undertaking mandatory training attending and participating in appropriate Trust activities taking responsibility for the health and safety of self and others as appropriate raising the profile of the Trust and Chaplaincy in the community as requested by engaging with local organisations such as faith and belief groups.
