To work as an Allocator you will be required to carry out various tasks including:

- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on temporary staff
- Providing 24/7 telephone support including out of hours when needed for customers, ensuring any location/time changes are conveyed to all affected staff
- Liaising on a daily basis with internal and external customers regarding their day to day manning requirements
- Other Allocator duties as required

For this role you must be:

- Computer literate
- Flexible with working hours
- Organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- An excellent communicator across all levels
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Working hours are Monday to Fridays from 8am until 5pm, however you will need to be flexible to ensure all tasks are complete before leaving at the end of each day. You will also be required to deal with any out of hours queries and requests when needed.

The salary for this role is £23,000pa + £1,000pa for the on-call responsibilities.
