Scheduling Assistant

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will be working in a fast paced and progressive department managing the efficient allocation of staff across the UK for client assignments.
**About the company**:
Our client are a top UK wealth management and professional financial services group.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Demonstrable experience of Resource scheduling/allocation in a professional services firm
- Planning and organisational skills
- Experience of using a resource booking system, ideally Retain.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Good communication skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Allocate and utilisation of Resources within the department to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand skills and aspirations and identify opportunities for individuals to develop and utilise their skill set.
- Proactively Manage all Resource requests
- Supply reports and provide timely information to Executive management team.
- Work alongside the Resource Manager/Head of Resourcing to ensure service is aligned to the overall strategy and vision of the Department.
- Daily Monitoring of the Resourcing inbox
