**About the Role**

As a Service Coordinator, you will be the centre of our operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within our team and with our customers. Your role includes:

- Scheduling appointments and managing the company’s diary including a number of engineers.
- Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction at all times.
- Coordinating with engineers and allocating resources efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating our database.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Supporting the team with various ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.

- Proven experience in a similar role, combining administrative, scheduling, receptionist, and customer service duties.
- A friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
- A solution-oriented mindset, always looking for effective resolutions.
- Experience managing multiple diaries for others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and initiative.
- The ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in Engineer scheduling
- Close proximity to Southampton for regular team meetings
