Dandara is recruiting a Construction Administrator to join the Northern Home Counties head office in Milton Keynes.

**Monday to Friday**

**37.5 hours**

**About the role**

The successful Construction Administrator will be reporting to the Construction Director, covering several sites across the Northern Home Counties region - both under construction and built. With our growing portfolio of 12,000 properties across the UK so far, this is an exciting time for Dandara.

**What you will do**:

- Update construction progress trackers, project fee trackers and H&S training matrixes
- Site visits and inspections.
- Document management, ordering and liaising with the construction team.
- Checking, and ordering stationery & PPE requirements online - compiling stock lists for each site.
- Ensure all meetings are booked and in each attendee’s diary. To attend the meetings as required, take minutes and issue them out to all attendees. Co-ordinate meetings depending on the attendee’s required
- Support with NHBC documentation and track the site scores
- Maintain a holiday schedule for the whole site team that can be referenced by Managers
- Any other ad-hoc construction admin duty.

**What you will have**:
**Desirable**
- Experience in a secretarial property management environment

**Essential**
- Experience using booking systems/diary management
- Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, people and Microsoft office packages skills eg Word, Excel, and Outlook
