**Regulatory Compliance Specialist**
- Location: Frimley, Surrey
- Function: GSARA (Global Safety Assessment and Regulatory Affairs)

**Overview**:
**About the role**

This role will assist in the co-ordination and execution of regulatory compliance activities for SCJ Lifestyle Brand products (Ecover® and Method®) in the European region. This will involve working with key pieces of EU legislation including, but not limited to Cosmetic Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation, Detergent Regulation and Cosmetic Regulation. Training on regulatory requirements and systems will be provided.

**About the Team/Department**

The Global Regulatory Compliance and Registration (GRRC) function provides global regulatory leadership, expertise, and execution for the information/dossier development, product registration, and compliance management of all SC Johnson products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review artworks to ensure compliance with regulations (CLP, Detergents Regulation, Cosmetics etc)
- Review ingredients for compliance and organise associated documentation
- Data entry of ingredient information into regulatory software
- Generation of Safety Data Sheets for final products
- Collate and organise information from SharePoint and regulatory system to allow data transfer between systems, ensuring accurate information is transposed from one system of record to a SAP based system.
- Review and update ingredients and regulatory information listed on websites

**Experience you’ll bring**:

- BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent) preferably in a related Science field (Chemistry, Biology) is strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft skills (word, excel)
