The Regional LIVE Operation Strategy Team leads various cross-functional projects. Our key initiatives include developing strategic plans to drive widespread adoption of LIVE at scale among creators, localizing new product features, creating user engagement strategies, ensuring a positive creator experience through education on the Community Guidelines and best practices, and providing ad hoc analysis and support to cross-functional partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for the operational work of TTLive product operation, in the European region like permission management, experimental design, project collaboration, and data analysis of live streaming products
- Through data analysis and business judgment, develop the timing, phases, and strategies for the penetration, deployment, and operation of live streaming product features in the European region, to help European creators and users better use the product and achieve their goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on the European market and user needs, and formulate differentiated operational strategies for the product in Europe.
- Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation and continuous optimization of the product in Europe.
- Provide data-driven decision support through in-depth analysis of product data.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in SQL and reading data
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience in data analysis skills and project management experience, and be proficient in using data analysis tools and methods.
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, have cross-functional teamwork experience, and be able to communicate efficiently with people from different backgrounds.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in product operation, and an international background or experience in the European market is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product strategy
- Proficiency in any other European language
- Experience in live streaming industry, be familiar with the European market and user characteristics, and have a keen insight into European culture and business environment.
