The TikTok Live Operations team is in search of a dynamic TikTok LIVE Agency Account Manager who thrives on building long term partnerships and growing our partner revenue base. As we expand our ecosystem, agencies have become a pivotal force in driving this growth. This role focuses on growing a portfolio of existing agency accounts and becoming the key TikTok point of contact to these select partner agencies.

Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Establish yourself as the TikTok key point of contact for a portfolio of existing partner agencies and build strong, long-lasting relationships with the main partner stakeholders.
- Conduct weekly KPI check-ins with your partner agencies in order to align on their weekly performance and work together collaboratively to unblock any issues, or double down on any high growth area.
- Plan, organise and lead monthly business reviews with your partner agencies to strategically grow their revenue footprint and support them in scaling their agency operations.

Consulting:
- Educate your agency portfolio with best practices on how to maximise the value of the TikTok LIVE platform.
- Support your portfolio of agency partners scale their operations (e.g. support them with their recruitment of LIVE creators, hiring of creator agents, setting up offline studios for creators, expanding their online presence, etc).
- Develop a deep understanding of each of your agency's business plan, vision and P&L, and consult with them to assist them in achieving their goals.

Support:
- Provide reactive support to any day-to-day product issues that your agency portfolio may have.
- Co-ordinate issues between your portfolio and the relevant TikTok stakeholders in a timely mannor to minimise disruption to your portfolio's daily operations.
- Implement tactical strategies to drive incremental revenue by using different internal resources.

Reporting:
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years industry experience, preferably but not necessarily in sectors related to live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, entertainment, tech, or start-ups.
- Proven track record in account management/partner management/consultant/customer success roles within the social media, tech or B2B sector.
- Proficiency in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, leveraging innovative approaches to drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and negotiate effectively while fostering long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess the performance data of your agency portfolio and ability to take proactive action depending on the metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, complementing the understanding of account management strategies and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated result-oriented approach with a track record of achieving targets, coupled with proficient data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making even under pressure.
- A collaborative team player mindset, continuously striving for higher performance while contributing actively to a collective goal of success.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure, maintaining focus on goals and leveraging analytical skills to navigate challenges, ensuring consistent progress towards achieving business objectives.
