The Projects Administrator / Administrative Support Assistant will be responsible for the SAP transactions and Document Management support for the Plant Projects Organisation (PPO). The role is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and reports to the manager of that team.

The incumbent will support the Project Engineers/ Managers with the SAP administration support for the operation projects. Taks include creating and updating budgets, close-out of projects in SAP and raising purchase requisitions. In addition, the person will be responsible for supporting the projects document controller with document management tasks such as checking scanned drawings and performing bulk uploads in the companies Open Text document management system.

The Incumbent will be expected to develop good working relationships with the Central Technical team and Sub Regional Operations teams in Europe.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- SAP project administration.
- Creating budgets and managing budgets and performing projects close-out
- Creation and management of Purchase Requisitions
- Checking of scanned documents before upload in Open Text
- Upload files to the Document Management System (OpenText) and complete Attributes where required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £12.50-£18.00 per hour
