We are currently seeking a people focused Receptionist to join us at Hersham Place Technology Park, Surrey. Being the first impression to visitors and staff, offering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

**How will you be the change?**:

And as a Morning Receptionist with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
- Meet and greet all site visitors
- Administer visitor signing in process inclusive of H&S site rules
- Telephone Answering for site tenant calls
- Taxi booking requests
- Storage of visitor cases/baggage
- Administration back up for FM team
- Meeting room booking
- Periodic check of meeting rooms
- Other duties as required.

**What does it take?**

- Warm and welcoming manner
- Experienced administrative skills
- Able to multitask Organised and professional
