Bookkeeper/administration

Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Process accounts payable and maintain vendor relationships
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Assist with technical accounting tasks, including journal entries and financial statement preparation
- Familiarity with governmental accounting principles and regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Prepare financial reports for management review
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Xero/ Hubdoc
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial report writing
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
