**Introduction**

The jobholder’s progress will be monitored and assessed against these competencies, and any further outcomes derived from key targets and performance indicators.

**Main job description**:

- To work with the CEO and fellow Trust and Admin team members.
- To learn about what CfV does, and to be able to describe it accurately.
- To liaise with service professionals including clinical staff to obtain up to date service delivery data
- To record work undertaken so that CfV does not miss deadlines and duplicate work across the teams.

**General**:

- To liaise with colleagues, making them aware of the work underway and any issues or opportunities.
- To act as an ambassador, to be professional and communicate with enthusiasm, credibility, conviction and knowledge.
- Ensure that CfVs simple procedures are followed, and that meetings and other diary activities are recorded and updated appropriately, whilst ensuring that colleagues are made aware on diary dates, visits and deadlines associated with your work.
- To attend and participate in scheduled department meetings, adding value through reports and information as required.
- To provide work status and progress feedback to line management regularly.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
