Customer Service Administrator

Joining a growing business with over 100 employees you become part of a great team.
This is an office based role and open to either full time or part time. Working hours will be between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to suit work desired working pattern.
The role will report into the Service Manager and will be varied depending on the needs of the business. Alongside great attention to detail and admin skills, being able to work within a busy and demanding team you will be able to manage your day accordingly.
**Duties**:
- Provide admin support to the operational team
- Ensure high levels of customer service for all customers and suppliers
- Manage any supply issues
- Liaising across the business to ensure all customer needs are met within SLA's
- Maintain internal database and manual customer files
- Ensure compliance across all areas of the customer service and sales departments
- Administrator adhoc duties as required
Skills/experience:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office 365
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to negotiate and build lasting customer relationships
- Previous experience working within a busy and demanding customer service department
- Knowledge of basic accounting/margins
