HR Administrator

A well-established organisation within the education sector, which is based near Royal Oak in West London, is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their organization on a full-time basis This role is office based and the working hours are from 7 am - 3 pm.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and HR, and working as part of the wider HR team, you will perform a varied and fast-paced role:
- Organise and arrange cover for staff in case of sickness/absence.
- Support the recruitment process - posting adverts, sending out interview invites, offer letters, and contracts.
- Assist with training administration and provide general HR administration support
- Maintain all records and files within the Single Central Record
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
In order to be suitable for this role you will be a highly organised individual with proven prior experience in an HR administrative/recruitment-based role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality. Any work towards a CIPD would also be considered advantageous, but not essential to securing the role. Any prior experience within the Education sector will also be regarded highly also.
