**Shift Supervisor - Packing**

We are looking for a Packing Shift Supervisor at our Castleford site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for manage the area to ensure colleagues are motivated to deliver in their role leading to safe, efficient and high standards of production enabling HARIBO to achieve its objectives.

You will have key relationships with other departments including but not limited to Planning, Engineering, HSE, HR and Technical Services.

Some of the key accountabilities and responsibilities of the role are;
- Ensuring the delivery of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
- Leading and supporting the training and development of your team
- Allocating and controlling resources
- Understanding of department goals and targets
- Preparation and delivery of an effective handover to incoming shifts

**Ingredients that you bring with you**:

- Previous experience in Food Manufacturing is essential
- Awareness/knowledge of Health & Safety/Food Hygiene standards
- Excellent level of communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate well at all levels
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team is essential
- Experience of supervising a team is essential
- Have knowledge and experience in delivering detailed reports, combined with the ability to present the relevant information to all interested stakeholders
- Commitment to continued improvement
- Strong interpersonal and time management and Leadership skills

**Hours of Work**:
Working 40 hours per week on an alternating shift pattern;
Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 and 13:55 to 21:55
