**Job Description**:

- You will work closely with the Guernsey business to deliver transformation in accordance with set objectives.
- Review of local procedures along with regional processes and GCD workflows and map the new process and work with the GCD to implement.
- Draft training material for GCD and Guernsey in regards with the new process.
- Delivery of training material
- Prioritise and track the progress of tasks moving to GCD and update relevant controls with regard to this
- You will build and maintain effective working relationships with the wider Private Wealth business and GCD including keeping them informed, enabling them to understand and respond appropriately to developments as they arise.
- You will work closely with members of the compliance team as required for guidance and advice with regards tasks moving to GCD
- You will maintain compliance with applicable service standards and company policies and procedures.
- You will use your own judgement and bring to the attention of Senior Management any issues that you feel appropriate, in particular ensuring that concerns and identified risks are reported in a timely and effective manner.
- You will ensure you have an awareness and understanding of local Regulatory requirements.

Required Experience
- Ideally studying towards or holds a relevant qualification from a recognised professional body
- Good awareness and understanding of local regulatory requirements
- Experience of aligning processes
- At least 4 years’ industry experience
- Good technical knowledge in AML legislation
- Experience of AEOI compliance and reporting obligations, but not essential
