Our client is a key player in their current industry and are looking for an **Office Coordinator** to join their team. The **office Coordinator **will play a key part in supporting the office but also to the EA. Great opportunity if you are looking to progress your skills within a PA / EA role in the future.
**Office Coordinator duties**
- Booking meeting rooms
- Meet and greet guests.
- Plan and implement office systems.
- Liaise and provide support to EA.
- Maintain office efficiency
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Organise lunches.
- Organise travel.
- General admin support
**Office coordinator skills required.**
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience in a coordinating role
- Strong IT skills
- Good time management
