Account Executive / Sales Executive (hybrid working)
**Your new company**
A leading global provider of insurance, with an established strong presence in over 40 countries. They offer a variety of different products and services including, accident and health insurance and assistance with savings and retirement solutions. You willbe focusing on individual protection. The office is based in central Brighton offering hybrid working (with 3 days in the office).
**Your new role**
As part of your new role, you will be promoting predominantly over the phone or face-to-face, the company's individual protection product range, whilst adhering to their company standards and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsiblefor building relationships with advisors and providing front-line support.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need previous relevant experience in sales, particularly having been successful in delivering or exceeding targets. Previous experience in finance or protection is desirable, but not necessary. It is essential to be able to deliver outstanding customerservice and in building rapport.
**What you'll get in return
**You will receive a generous starting salary from £26,000 and an additional 2k annual company bonus. This is a commission-based role, which offers the opportunity to make on average 15.5k annually in commission. This means the starting salary for thisposition becomes £43,500 with the opportunity to make more with uncapped commission.
