Liberte Healthcare are recruiting a Homeless support Worker to support within a homeless hostel, supporting vulnerable adults with addiction & mental health needs.

The services are based within St.Helens WA10

Requirements for role:

- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working with vulnerable adults.
- Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to complete a DBS check
- Must be willing to complete our training or hold relevant, in date care certificates
- Must be confident and willing to undertake challenging situations.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Patience and understanding
