**An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and highly motivated person with a vision and passion for working with homeless people within **St Helens.**
**Specialist Support Worker** role is rewarding, inspirational and key to providing an enhanced level of service for our clients. You will take a lead role in the specialist area of **Substance Misuse & Wellbeing**; planning and delivering a specialist programme of high-quality support, which promotes client choice and control and ensures clients learn new skills, make positive life choices and achieve the best possible outcomes. This role is part of the management team, holding line management responsibilities and part of the duty rota including on call duty as required.
- Experience of delivering a client focussed service which undertakes holistic support needs, risk assessments and identifies appropriate support for clients
- Ability to work in busy environment, be solution focused, show good time management skills and demonstrate ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of building and maintaining strong and effective partnerships.
