A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate **Amenities Coordinator **to join the **Room Service** team at The Berkeley.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
As an **Amenities Coordinator** will play an integral role in our renowned hotel. You will assist the Room Service team with the preparation mis-en-place for all amenities and you will ensure that all amenities are delivered as advised by our guests.

Main responsibilities of **the Amenities Coordinator** include, but are not limited to:

- Be knowledgeable and deliver the hotel Room Service standards of performance, whilst attempt to deliver above and beyond expectation.
- Collect all china, cutlery, finger bowls, serviettes and all types of glasses as required by Guest Relations Department.
- Liaise closely with the Guest Relations Department regarding amenities list and changes if any (room moves).
- Collect fruit and chocolate from kitchen pastry section.
- Collect all beverages from Room Service supervisor.
- All above to be delivered in the area allocated for the preparation of amenities.
- Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.

We anticipate applicants will have previous experience in Costumer Services and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
