Executive Assistant to CEO/founder

**Responsibilities**:
1. Executive Support:
- Manage the Founder's complex and ever-changing calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritise and coordinate the Founder's daily tasks, managing up and ensuring timely completion of deadlines and commitments.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and courteous communication at all time and helping with daily block and tackling (speaking with individuals, chasing tasks as needed)
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist in managing various projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making processes.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics for company events
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, addressing inquiries and providing assistance when necessary.
- Strong representative of the company and Founder with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to grow into client facing interactions and communications over time
3. Personal Support:
- Manage personal appointments, reservations, and other engagements for the Founder as needed.
- Coordinate family-related events and activities, including birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Anticipate the Founder's personal needs and proactively provide support and solutions as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant CEOs/Founders/Entrepreneurs, or Private families/Individuals. Exposure to the luxury/premium brands is a plus.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and last-minute requests.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
