We are looking for an ICT Deployment Support Specialist to work within the ICT Services Department. You will join a small team of three other Deployment Specialists and will report to the Customer Engagement Manager.

A confident presenter style for both remote/online teaching and occasionally in a face to face environment, is pivotal for this role.

You must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in supporting users of all ICT Skill levels. You must be someone that applies attention to detail and have a passion for discovery and learning.

The team are currently predominately working from home and coming into the office at West Bridgford when required to meet any training and business objectives.

Flexible working patterns are available, e.g. part-time, job share, term time only etc. Please discuss your preferences if selected for an interview. Interviews are due to take place remotely week commencing 4th March and week commencing 11th March.
