Training Coordinator and Office Administration

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator and office administration to join our team.
Mont Selas Ltd specialise in Servicing, Installing, manufacturing, and training in the Commercial & Industrial Gas sector predominantly for the food industry. As part of our growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our amazing team in Chadderton near Manchester.
A suitable applicant would need to work under their own initiative and be a collaborator but with the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload. Being a good communicator is essential along with good timekeeping and having a conscientious approach to work.
**Responsibilities to include**:
**Training Coordinator**
- Planning of course schedules, preparing training materials/literature, and ensuring training programmes are followed.
- Internal compliance training, to schedule and continue the company's training plan whist maintaining budgets.
- Administration of training files, submission and consulting with certification body along with updating training files and records JobWatch software / core business Server.
- Helping to create content for website (with the Marketing Coordinator) and social media, training news, photographs, and successes.
- Hosting/Assisting training events (occasional evenings maybe required)
**Administration**
- Invoicing, purchase orders with basic bookkeeping using Sage accounting software.
- Administration of general office documentation and collating information on JobWatch software.
**Requirements**:
- Creative with a desire to make the training centre a success.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Hard working with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Polite and friendly.
**Additional information**:
**Salary**: Negotiable
Full training will be provided.
Job Location: Chadderton M24 1GS with free parking and close to public transport.
**Job Type**: Full or Part time with flexible working hours to suit the training center’s needs.
32 (pro rata) days holiday (inc bank holidays)
Sick pay scheme, Life insurance, Annual bonus, Pension with company contribution of 6% of gross earnings and Company mobile phone.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £17,939.11-£23,832.28 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
