**The Role**
As a key member of the Customer Systems Implementation and Training (CSIT) team you will be responsible for the on-boarding of customers. You will configure and activate new SHL Talent Assessments sites for customers and action updates to existing customers in line with SHL’s Go to Market strategy. The aim is to provide a high level of customer service at all times.
As part of the system deployment, you will provide training and guidance to system users to ensure they get the most from SHL’s products and solutions.

**What you will be doing**:
Onboarding of new customers, preparation for their system deployment and providing training, guidance and help as they start using their system, delivering webinars and other training and guidance to customers in a cost-effective manner is an essential part of this role, a high level of customer service is key to be successful within this role.
You will ensure all new customer systems are set up effectively, in line with customers’ requirements and making configuration recommendations based on customer need. And you will create and maintain training guidance material for customers and staff and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product, platforms and services developments.
Usage of salesforce to track activities and manage system deployment and training activities.
Adhering to well established processes and delivering a high level of work in line with agreed Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Actioning update requests, monitoring and administering global mailboxes and offering recommendations to common problems is another important part of this role, you will be required to work in conjunction with customers, and colleagues to effectively plan customer onboarding & help training as requested.

**What are we looking for?**
To be successful in this role you are likely to have some experience in a customer support or customer service role and/or perhaps with some technical support experience.
An interest in training delivery is preferred - although no experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
You will be good at problem solving, think outside the box and have a willingness to take ownership for tasks and challenges and have a positive attitude and strong customer service focus and desire to contribute meaningfully to the team.
