As EdTech consultants, we understand there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to schools and their tech needs, so we take a bespoke approach which is why schools love our services. This is why we are growing year on year.

**Role**

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, self-starter with 2 years minimum experience encompassing brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention and data analysis.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team to create campaigns which are aligned with company goals and target audiences. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market and identify new opportunities for growth. You will feel comfortable working cross-functionally to help create engaging marketing material and also attend industry events.

**Main Activities**:

- Work with the Head of Marketing to create and execute campaigns in line with the business objectives.
- Design and schedule social media posts across platforms using Hubspot.
- Help prepare monthly reports and contribute to the quarterly and annual marketing report.
- Use data metrics to inform decisions for optimising and improving campaigns.
- Deliver monthly reports with identified insights to set the course for improvements.
- Research marketing opportunities hi-impact could attend to create customer leads and assist with arranging exhibitions at events.
- Mange some elements of marketing events (eg. trade shows) by liaising with organisers, preparing materials, designing stand space and researching delegates.
- Work cross-functionally to capture content for hi-impact’s marketing campaigns.
- Support all members of the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring good communication and

collaboration within the department.
- Help maintain excellent relationships with partners and clients through superior communication skills.
- Positively promote and work in line with GDPR company requirements.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A marketer with a minimum of 2 years background in delivering B2B campaigns across channels which drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience with Hubspot, Canva and Google analytics.
- Data driven with experience creating and managing an acquisition strategy across channels.
- Strong copy writing ability with experience producing on-brand, engaging written content.
- Experience with customer segmentation.
- Understanding of the user journey and on-boarding process.
- Experience working in cross-functionally preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Essential skills**:

- Experience in customer segmentation and personal development to tailor marketing strategies for different audiences.
- Clear proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms to derive actionable insights from marketing performance data to optimise strategies and ROI.
- Expertise in developing and executing channel marketing programs to support partner channels, driving co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement activities.
- Knowledge and experience using wordpress to create web pages which meet brand guidelines.
- SEO experience

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
