**Customer Experience Specialist**
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30 (Some additional hours as required with international time zones)

**Salary**: Circ £28,000 + Benefits
Due to location a car driver is preferred.
My client, based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join their lively and busy team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves speaking to customers, improving the customer journey and being involved with the heart of the business. As well as taking responsibility for existing customer touchpoints, this individual will also play a key part in producing new resources for their customers. This busy and rewarding role would suit a customer focused and pro-active individual who learns quickly and has the ability to get things done in a fast-moving environment.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience working within a customer service or relevant role and be able to quickly learn the business and programs. You will be an organised individual who can work independently as well as collaborate with the rest of the Customer Experience team and other departments. You will be someone who wants to get "stuck in" to your role and always looking for ways to improve the customer journey, with every interaction from day-to-day calls through to tailored campaigns.
Knowledge and skills required:

- Strong planning, organisation skills and time management skills to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always achieved and put first- Customer experience focussed- A confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner- The ability to build good working relationships internally and externally- The ability to effectively communicate with other individuals at all levels- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a can-do attitude- Enjoy working under pressure with a high level of accuracy- Ability to prioritise workload using own initiative to meet deadlines- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Salesforce, SharePoint)- Professional development aspirations- Ability to speak other languages would be advantageous- Welcome visitors to their program at HQ- Checking participants across the globe have arrived and following up absentees- Supporting participants booked on to programs throughout their experience- Dealing with customer queries- Assisting with re-certification programs- Following up with other programs and opportunities- Calling regarding their program feedback- Notifying and supporting successful participants- Scripting and filming video resourcesPlease contact Ruth on 07764959511 for further details.
