Temporary Customer Services Administrator - Bury St Edmunds - An ongoing assignment until end of January 2023

A global business with offices in Bury St Edmunds.
**Your new role**
This is a role to support a streamlined customer services team working as a temporary Customer Services Administrator. Duties will include but no limited to:

- Keeping customers fully informed of progress at all times.
- Responding to customer queries in a professional manner at all times.
- Liaise with internal departments as required (Accounts, Purchasing, Logistics).
- Provide customers with product information and help with Webshops.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this job you will require:

- Previous customer services experience (within an office or call centre)
- Be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE to start this job and able to commit until end of January 2023
- Great IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure

**What you'll get in return**
In return you will be offered an immediate start with the chance to work with an established and friendly team, this role is 100% office based.
- Monday to Friday 9-5 (1/2 hour lunch)
- Immediate start
