**The Role**

As a Chief of Staff, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chief Executive and be involved with strategy at the c-suite level. This is an excellent role for someone who that has a high career trajectory and is looking for exposure to senior leadership within a business.
- Day to day, you’ll be responsible for supporting the chief executive across a broad range of business issues, from strategy to operational activities.- Lead and facilitate sector wide governance
- Support the creation and of collaborative and supportive working behaviours
- Act as a conduit between leadership and the wider business
- Own the reporting requirements for the mission systems business
- Attend meetings with the chief executive

**Essential experience of the Chief of Staff**
- Excellent organisation skills
- Project Management background is preferred
- Ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong financial literacy
- Ability to identify issues and work creatively to find solutions

Based on a 37 Hour week, Hybrid working available including home and on site in Bristol

**Qualifications for the Chief of Staff**
- Degree qualified
- MBA is beneficial but not required
