Do you have site engineer experience, and are you seeking a new job in the North West of England? Electricity North West is looking for a Senior Authorised Person, and the role comes with a salary of £49,000.00 to £67,000.00 and excellent benefits.

**Our role**

As a Senior Authorised Person, you will own all site works, including the testing and commissioning of Low Voltage and High Voltage electrical equipment, on both maintenance and construction projects. You will also make sure everyone works to Health and Safety rules and Electricity North West's safe working procedures.

In your first few weeks in this site engineer role, you can expect to:

- Take a lead role in fault finding and repair works, including providing photographic evidence and a written report on the causes of the fault and condition of any damaged equipment
- Act as point of escalation for the customer, site and office teams for technical elements of planning and implementing current and future projects
- Perform 'On Call' duties, achieving the required response times and complying with the customer's contractual agreement
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and meeting customer expectations such as maintaining a safe, orderly and clean working area, achieving customer outage times and dates and only accepting.
- Experience working with Low voltage and High voltage electrical system components, plant and equipment
- Experience working on construction, maintenance and fault investigation projects
- A minimum of a Higher National Certificate, equivalent qualification or an electrical Senior Authorised Person authorisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good numerical skills to manage internal and external relationships.

**Overtime will be available with this role and some weekend working will be required.**
