**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time, office based Administrator to join our Learning Support team based in Central London.

The Learner Support Administrator will be pivotal in ensuring the right information, advice and guidance is provided to support the learner’s needs across all programms within _YMCAfit_

**About You**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service.
- Interest in adult education with the ability to listen and have empathy and understanding of the barriers learners face
- Ability to follow procedures timely and accurately.
- Excellent attention to details and able to work on deadlines.
- Excellent computing skills, including Microsoft Office package.
- Good interpersonal skills including ability to deal with a wide range of people in person and over the phone.
- Ability to use own initiative to problem solve.
