Bhayani Recruitment is working in partnership with an employee-owned, independent Digital Marketing and Management Training Provider to recruit a Digital Marketing Tutor on a hybrid working arrangement, partly based in Dronfield.

Their delivery method is a modern, blended learning approach that is focused on remote and online learning, facilitated through their interactive online platform and tutor support sessions.

**Summary of role**

You will plan, prepare for, and deliver coaching and learning sessions for learners across their digital marketing programmes, supporting learners and their employers throughout their studies. To do this you will work closely with each learner to understand their needs and structure an appropriate learning programme in conjunction with their employer and organisational needs. You will deliver in a consultative manner and are expected to be able to draw on your own knowledge and experience to support learners to grow and develop their skills. You will also be expected to work with internal colleagues to develop and update programme materials and content on a regular basis in line with changes to Apprenticeship and industry standards

**What will you be doing?**
- Be responsible for the coaching and development of a cohort of Digital Marketing School learners (Level 3-6) through the Apprenticeship Standards Programme. You will be planning, preparing, and delivering lessons and coaching sessions both one to one and group.
- You will teach in a way results in new knowledge and skills being applied directly into the workplace.
- Liaise with employers to ensure the best experience for both learner and employer.
- Keep records and carry out other administrative tasks.
- Be responsible for ensuring the learner keeps records for all learning activities undertaken during the apprenticeship.
- Attend meetings, professional development courses and workshops.
- Contribute towards the development of our programmes and follow the agreed structures for delivery.
- Attend all pre-defined organisational meetings, including centre meetings and weekly team meetings
- Carry out any tasks set by co-workers that support the learner’s progress.
- Review the learner’s progress at agreed intervals, ensuring employer involvement in each review.
- Support and prepare learners in readiness for their end assessment.

**Experience & Qualification requirements**
- 4 years in a role with responsibility for the organisations digital marketing strategy and day to day digital marketing activity
- 1 year in a teaching/training or coaching role (desirable)
- Minimum Level 2 / GCSE grade C in English
- Minimum Level 2 / GCSE grade C in Mathematics
- Hold a Teaching or coaching Qualification (desirable)
- Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (or other relevant professional body)
- A DBS certificate is required for the post
