We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Services Supervisor to join our site Facilities team and ensure the delivery of top-notch cleaning services in alignment with ISS values, leadership principles, and the collaborative Barclays unity values.**

**As the Support Services Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the Cleaning Services team. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding ISS values and principles while embodying the shared values between ISS and Barclays. Your dedication to excellence will drive the team towards achieving significant results and positive outcomes for the business.**

**The Role**

***
- **To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services**
***:

- **Maintain regular contact with all ISS employees within their area of responsibility**
***:

- **E**nsure that all employees are appropriately inducted, trained and developed. This responsibility includes identification of training needs, recommending training programmes, monitoring and evaluating the effect of that training**
***:

- **Plan and allocate work to ensure effective use of staff and equipment.** **Compilation of rosters in conjunction with personnel on site**
***:

- **Maintain budgetary control of labour and materials**
***:

- **Ensure that standards are consistently achieved and maintained.** **Carry out regular audits on standards and due diligence documentation***

**About You**

***
- **Good, sound, educational background.**
***:

- **Must have a least three years’ experience in a similar position within the cleaning industry**
***:

- **Must be IT literate with good man management skills, capable of working under pressure.**
***:

- **Proactive management skills, flexibility and customer focused.***
