To undertake all administration tasks and to ensure the efficient day-to-day organisation with our clients team.

**Client Details**

Our client has a number of offices across Sussex and London and are looking for an administrator to join their team in Brighton.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of an administrator are;
- Complete or update prescribed forms for review and approval by management to be entered into company database.
- Arranging appointments and meetings for managers
- Proactive diary management, arranging appointments with ample notice to ensure all parties attend as planned.
- Prepare and maintain records of and diaries for inspection of managed properties and ensure Qube inspection
- Ensure diary is up to date.
- To report issues found and comply with management agreements and Quality Assurance procedures.
- Monitor managers workload in their absence on annual leave or out of the office.
- Uploading documentation onto RPI software

**Profile**

The successful administrator will have;
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a Team.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to organise diaries.
- Able to coordinate one-off and cyclical meetings using MS Teams
- Excellent knowledge of Word & Excel to assist Managers to prepare spreadsheets and
cash flow forecasts and budgets as well as the ability to learn how to use new systems such as
Qube.
- Organised and can easily prioritise workloads.
- Motivated and committed to doing a good job.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Helpful and reliable personality.
- To have a good working relationship with colleagues and be able to ask for help when needed and
offer assistance to others.
- Knowledge and experience of using CRM software -Qube, Legal Data Rooms
