**Job Title**:Service/Contract Renewal Executive

**Location**: Ashford, option to WFH as and when needed

**Salary**: £28k - £30k + Performance bonus £5k, £1,250 paid quarterly

**Hours**:Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

This company has grown by 12 employees over the past year, they have 45 employees across the UK and due to internal promotion, they would like to recruit an a Service/Contract Renewal Executive to join their team.

**As the Service/Contract Renewal Executive your duties and responsibilities would be to**:

- Speaking to purely existing clients, such as Google, Data centres, Deutsche Bank to complete any contractual renewals, creating a quotation, finalising the contract and raising a PO number
- Winning new orders for Service products
- Accurately produce all quotations and offers
- Visit Customers / Sites and represent the company
- Search for and win new customers and clients outside of the current customer base via Linkedin, local websites etc
- Expand the service activity and client portfolio
- Extend existing and secure new multiyear, multisite maintenance care packages
- Ensure that all costs are foreseen and included on quotations using Word, Excel and their CRM System
- Provide detailed financial reports or commentries when required by the business
- Champion the use of all company systems and drive better performance with better data

**You'll need the following skills and experience to be ideal for this position**:

- A background within Account Management/Customer Service
- Experience/an understanding of Maintenance and Service contracts
- A desire to learn, develop and attend meetings if you wish to
