The successful applicant will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on areas such as Wills, Court Protection, Estate Management, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategizing Inheritance Tax Solutions
- Drafting and advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust arrangements
- Maintaining communication with clients to ensure they are updated on their matters.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
- Offering mentorship and support to junior staff members.
Essential Qualifications:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and work effectively with a client portfolio.
- Exhibiting a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- STEP accreditation or progress towards it is preferred.
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
