**About Our Client**:
Based in Salford. This client is a well-known utilities based organisation.

**The responsibilities of the Customer Service Co-ordinator will include but not limited to**:

- Creation of new insets and properties within the billing systems
- Developer liaison for tenancy changeovers
- Assist in day-to-day administration of customer base including move ins/outs, direct debit and payment updates
- Generation of Welcome packs
- General administration including post franking and distribution
- Ad hoc duties as and when required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactively builds on-going relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
