About MAGNETO Special Anodes: MAGNETO special anodes B.V. in Schiedam is a growing Dutch company, specialized in the development, production, and sale of titanium anodes with various catalytic coatings and electrochemical cells. Magneto is part of Evoqua WaterTechnologies Ltd. since 2016.
You will work at a dynamic organization with a pleasant informal working atmosphere. The office where you will work is located in **Schiedam**, but you also have the opportunity to work from home. The sales department consists of a team of highly trained sales engineers/account managers. Are you interested in this opportunity?
**_Main responsibilities:_**
- _As International Account Manager, Titanium Anodes, you will expand and strengthen the position of Magneto Special Anodes (an Evoqua brand) in one or more market segments. _
- _You are a technical discussion partner for your customers. _
- _You understand where the customer's needs lie and translate them into expert advice. _
- _You prepare the quotations thoroughly, follow up on quotations and know how to close the assignments. _
- _You will also establish, maintain and expand sustainable contacts with international customers. The customers are located throughout Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. _
- _The emphasis is more on relationship management and approximately 20-30% on new business. _
- _You also identify the developments in the market and give impulses in the field of research and development to meet the needs of your customers. _
- _Finally, you will draw up, implement and monitor your own sales plan. Together with your other sales colleagues, you report to the Sales Manager, EMEA._
**_Main requirements:_**
- _HBO education in the direction of Process Engineering, Business, and/or Chemistry. Masters Preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role in a client-facing environment. _
- _You have good communication skills and speak multiple languages:_
- English (mandatory) and German (preferred) and/or Dutch (Desired)_
- _You have the capacity and the will to fully acquire the necessary technical expertise in this niche market, to stay up to date, and to travel internationally frequently (approximately 10-20%). _
- _Two big advantages are your experience in a customer order-driven production environment and experience in the Metal Plating industry (preferred)._
- _As a person, you are a fully-fledged technical conversation partner, familiar with the specific industries and you like to visit seminars, trade fairs, and other networking events from the branches, national and international, and you regularly travelto the customers. _
- _You are completely immersed in your profession and find it fantastic to talk to your customers about the power and operation of the products. In short: you are a technical ambassador_
