**Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Team**
- The role of a Behaviour Support Practitioner is to provide support to the Young Person, families and members of the Young Person’s network to improve outcomes, reduce risk and build resilience.
- You will work with other members of the PBS team to assess and identify the most appropriate evidence-based interventions and use effective engagement techniques to support the delivery of these interventions to improve the Young Person’s quality of life.
- You will work as a core member of the PBS team under the supervision of the clinical lead and other clinicians within the team and support other PBS team members within their clinical roles
- You will collaboratively with the team and wider social work colleagues, health and education professionals and others.
