This role is important because it is responsible for leading a team of delivery trainers both substantive and non
- substantive in their efforts to improve the knowledge and skill of advisors and managers through the facilitation of learning and coaching, whilst creating the right environment and tools to build on the learning experience. This plays an important role to improve the quality of customer experience we give in our contact centres/retail stores and our ability to achieve business targets.

**What will the role involve as our Training Delivery Leader**
**?**
- Delivering and shaping the training delivery teams strategy to achieve the FLD and delivery goals
- Managing your team’s efficiency whilst monitoring and keeping us on track of T&S and overtime budget
- Drive environments and digital technology to future proof and improve learning engagement.
- Lead, coach and performance manage all trainers to optimise performance and generate maximum business benefit, both substantive and non-substantive trainers within your geographic patch.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with our front-line teams and colleagues, working collaboratively to deliver a seamless, consistent and completely ‘joined-up’ Training Delivery experience.

**What are we looking for in our Training Delivery Leader**

- **You are a true leader **With** **the ability to drive efficiency, lead and coach to build a future focused on a high performing delivery team
- **You know your L&D **a strong understanding of learning styles and theories including digital and future learning factors that help drive delivery /operational performance.
- **You have strong Communication and Interpersonal skills **The ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, ensure professional credibility in contextualising of training delivery making it relevant to the business and role
