Senior Administrator or Manage required for a busy IFA financial planning firm in Coventry with plans to grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in a company that is entrepreneurial by nature and has a track record of success. The financial adviser/director is looking for someone to take over some of supervisory and office management tasks from him so that he can focus on his clients.
Whilst at this stage we are looking for someone to become a part of the administration team and take responsibility for it.
The duties are varied and centre around the administration, supervision, and support function:
- Working as part of the administration team.
- Supervising the other administrators and managing the workload.
- Working closely with the owner and keeping him update on the progress of business cases.
- Acting as the link between the financial adviser/director and the rest of the team.
- Liaising with the outsourced paraplanner, finding answers to queries and ensuring that client timescales, service standards and expectations are met.
- Liaising with other outsourced parts of the business such as compliance, investment management and IT.
- Making sure the office runs smoothly and stocks of supplies are maintained.
- Helping to ensure that all internal records are up to date.
- Being part of a close team with open lines of communication.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar IFA or financial planning background and understands the administration needs of a busy practice. We are happy to consider applicants with lots of experience as well as those who are competent administrators and are only just starting their journey as a superviser or manager. Its important that we find the right fit for this role so we can adapt it to suit your background and experience.
**Essential Skills**
- At least two or three years of experience gained working in an IFA / financial planning or financial services business.
- Excellent sales support administration skills and happy working in this type of role.
- The confidence and ability to make an immediate impact.
- Any experience in using IO software would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
- Possess high levels of attention to detail and be highly accurate.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have the willingness to pitch in and help in other areas when required.
**Benefits**
23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, Company Pension, Group Life, Critical illness and Income Protection schemes, discretionary bonus, free onsite parking.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
