The Role in a Nutshell
In order to build meaningful and successful client relationships, you will visit customers predominantly face-to-face. You should therefore be comfortable taking on a high degree of travel, with regular overnight stays.

What You Will Do
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business objectives, industry challenges, and key success factors
- Building and nurturing customer relationships whilst acting as the point of contact for selected clients
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, gather vital customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support
- Be an expert on our digital solutions and work closely with the sales teams to support their digital knowledge and customer insights
- Provide credible guidance to clients, aligning their goals with our products and services to maximise their value
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand customer accounts
- Monitor customer health metrics, such as usage patterns, adoption rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to identify potential risks and take appropriate action
- Create and deliver tailored reports, business reviews, and presentations to communicate customer success metrics and recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as a customer advocate, escalating and prioritising their needs and feedback within the organisation
- Proactively be informed with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to both internal teams and clients
What You Will Have
- Proven experience in a relevant customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Relationship Manager
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify, prioritise, and resolve customer challenges
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using CRM systems, customer success platforms, and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of the Fitness industry and familiarity with our products and services is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen, the ability to understand customers' strategic objectives and align them with our solutions
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
