SaaS Sales & Customer Success Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and customer-focused Sales and Customer Success Specialist to sell APIMS solutions directly to schools, SMEs and charities, and to work closely with our partners/resellers.
As we are a start-up with a small but growing team of dedicated professionals, you must be willing to undertake related activities, including marketing, sales admin and customer support. As the company grows, you will be able to specialise in the area of work you enjoy most, and have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.
SaaS Sales & Customer Success Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Generate direct dales. Work with business partners/resellers to close deals where necessary. Conduct product demos and present solutions to prospective customers. Represent APIMS at conferences to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the APIMS Set-up process, ensuring they understand how to use our software to meet their privacy management needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and resellers, acting as the primary point of contact.
Customer Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Support & Training: Provide training sessions and support to help customers fully leverage the features and benefits of APIMS.
Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement of our solutions.
SaaS Sales & Customer Success Specialist Qualifications
Strong background in software/SaaS sales, preferably with direct experience in the education sector.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with influencers and decision-makers.
Understanding of GDPR and cybersecurity is highly desirable not not essential.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
