**The role of a Customer Tech Support Assistant**
**Minimal spaces left **to join our rapidly growing Customer Tech Support team. You will be the person that represents Zzoomm to our customers, potential customers and other member of the public. You will work as part of our excellent Customer Care Team to help resolve queries, questions and conduct technical troubleshooting. Your role will centre around prioritising customer issues that may come via a variety of channels, taking ownership of such queries and progressing open cases to completion. This will all be done whilst keeping the customer up to date and delivering first rate customer satisfaction.
**You’ll know how to**
- Manage your workload in a busy customer care environment
- Respond to a variety of different enquiries
- Deal with questions surrounding technical troubleshooting
- Assist people in a way that uses language they understand
- Make customers feel valued and listened to
- Communicate across different departments to find answers
- Remain calm when dealing with stressed customers
- Work quickly but accurately when dealing with queries
**Desirable Or Essential Key Skills...**
- Experience of offering technical support within Telecoms - Desirable (Willing to train if the person is Tech savvy and has great customer service skills)
- An understanding or experience with Broadband / Wifi Technology
- Troubleshooting - Essential
- Strong interpersonal skills - Essential
- Personality & Drive to succeed - Essential
- Clear and Articulate - Essential
**What we offer**
- Up to £28,000 basic salary depending on skills and experience

- Shift Rota of 37.5 hrs per week to include some Saturdays

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
