Job Title: Bookings Administrator

**Salary**: £22,500 to £24,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire
- Hours: 40 hours per week, please note you will be required to be on call 1 in every 3 weekends from home
COMPANY PROFILE

A client of ours is launching their new remote based training scheme as they have noticed technology is now the way forward.

This role is for an Administrator who would join their small, friendly Administration team at their Head Office in Letchworth. If you enjoy coordinating and handling bookings and are a very organised person this opportunity would be highly recommended to you.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- You will be a clear and confident communicator both verbally and written
- You will remain organised and have great attention to detail
- You will have a proactive mind-set and give all tasks 110%
- You will be computer literate and have sound knowledge of MS office

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Booking courses for client's, ensuring all details are entered correctly
- Supporting the sales team with communication to clients
- Check system for errors and update if required
- Working with various accreditation bodies and completing administration
