**Job overview**:
**_We are currently looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated and fully committed Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team on our busy inpatient ward at Helston Community Hospital._**

**_ Under the supervision of a registered nurse you will contribute to the optimum delivery of patient care by assisting all clinical staff to deliver care in a manner sensitive to the individual client’s needs and wishes, whilst acknowledging and respecting their rights and beliefs at all times._**

**_ You must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player and have a genuine interest in the care of elderly patients._**

**_ Shifts are long days from 7:30am - 8:00pm or night duty 7.30pm-8.00am over a 7-day service (ie includes weekends and Bank Holidays)._**

**Main duties of the job**:
