**Receptionist Vacancy at **The Brudenell Hotel, Aldeburgh**:
**Up to £10.72 per hour - dependant on age**

Full Time and Part Time roles

The Hotel Folk have a fantastic opportunity for **two** enthusiastic **Receptionists** to join their friendly team at **The Brudenell Hotel, Aldeburgh.** We currently have** one Full Time role** (up to 40 hours per week) and** one Part Time role **(between 16 and 32 hours per week, shifts of 8 hours)** available.**

We are looking to cover a range of shifts, with the earliest starting at 6:45am and the latest shift ending at 10pm. If you are looking for set shifts, we can also accommodate this.

This role pays national minimum wage with the chance of an increase to £10.72 per hour when you pass our tailored training programme.

**Key Tasks required from our new Receptionist**:

- To provide outstanding customer service at all times to each and every guest.
- To support with general administration tasks and restaurant bookings for the hotel.
- To respond to guest and customer requests courteously and efficiently at all times.
- Good telephone manner, answering any enquires and taking bookings
- To be aware of all arrivals/departures, functions, special events and special requests.
