Hotel Receptionist

The Hotel Folk have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic **Receptionist** to join our friendly team at **The Brudenell Hotel, Aldeburgh**.

This is a full-time role
- 40 hours per week over 5 days which will involve some evening and weekend work on a shared rota basis.

We initially pay national minimum wage dependant on your age. You will be given a tailored training programme, and should you pass your probationary period your pay would increase to £10.72 per hour.

**Key Tasks Required**:

- To provide outstanding customer service at all times to each and every guest
- To support with general administration tasks and restaurant bookings for the hotel
- To Respond to guest and customer requests courteously and efficiently at all times
- Good Telephone Manner, answering any enquires and taking bookings
- To be aware of all arrivals/departures, functions, special events and special requests
