**The Role**

As an Ownership Enquiry Advisor for Parkdean Resorts, your main objective is to maximise lead to appointment conversion through developing and nurturing strategic relationships with new and existing owners via multiple communication channels.

The role requires a motivated individual who is an effective and highly skilled communicator, is customer focused, passionate and has a real drive for achieving sales performance targets whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will use your fact-finding skills to understand our customers’ needs, enabling you to match and recommend the right solution, ensuring the smooth delivery of ownership appointments to our parks.

You may also be required to support our Owner Support team, dealing with inbound calls and administration tasks to support our Owners.
